What's not covered under warranty service?
New system installations, routine maintenance like filter changes, and damage from third parties or improper use. Everything else related to normal wear and weather failures is covered.
How quickly can you get someone out to fix a broken zone?
We aim for 48 hours during the growing season. In peak summer months, we sometimes move faster if it's a critical zone. Call us and we'll give you a real timeframe.
Can I add warranty service to a system I already have?
Yes. We'll inspect your existing system first to make sure it's in decent shape, then you can enroll. Systems with major issues need those addressed before coverage starts.
