Irrigation Inspections

We check your system head to toe and tell you exactly what needs fixing.

An irrigation inspection is a walk-through of your entire system. We look at your controller, valves, lines, and every sprinkler head. We turn everything on, watch how it runs, and spot leaks, dry spots, or broken equipment. You get a written report with photos showing what's working and what isn't.

Spring's clay soil and summer heat put real stress on irrigation systems. We check for runoff and uneven coverage, which are common here. We also test your controller settings to make sure you're not watering during rain or wasting water when it's hot. We'll show you where you're losing pressure or money.

You walk away knowing exactly what your system is doing and what it costs to run. If something's broken, we tell you straight. If it's fine, you know that too. Most customers schedule an inspection once a year before summer or after a freeze.

Questions

About irrigation inspections

How long does an inspection take?

Most inspections run 45 minutes to an hour, depending on system size. We'll give you a time window when we schedule.

Will you find problems I can't see?

Yes. We catch leaks underground, pressure drops, and coverage gaps you won't notice until your grass starts looking bad. That's the point of the inspection.

Do I need an inspection if my system seems to work fine?

A system can look fine and still waste water or fail when you need it most. An annual inspection catches small problems before they become big ones, especially before summer here in Spring.
